Delivery day is one of the most exciting milestones in the building process. Before your home arrives, we carefully coordinate the delivery with the crane company, transportation team, utility providers, and local authorities (if required). We ensure the site is ready, access routes have been confirmed, and sufficient space is available for the trucks, trailers, and crane to safely complete the installation.
On delivery day, the crane is typically the first to arrive and set up. Shortly afterward, the trucks deliver the modules to the site. Each module is lifted from the trailer and carefully placed onto the foundation, one at a time, with precision measured in millimetres.
The actual setting process is surprisingly fast. Depending on the number of modules, weather conditions, and site complexity, the installation can take anywhere from a few hours to a full day. Whether your home consists of a single module or several modules, most homes are fully set on their foundation in a single day.
Once the modules are in place, our crews secure the home, complete the structural connections, weatherproof the building, and begin the final finishing work, including utility connections and interior and exterior touch-ups. Before long, your home is ready for its final inspections and occupancy.
